Carewise Ltd was formed in July 2007. The Management Team has over 90 years experience in Care, Recruitment, Training and Operations Management. It is a privately operated business which understands the care needs of the local area’s in which it operates. The agency was formed around the philosophy of providing a cost considerate, flexible, approachable and tailor made service for its Service Users.

Carewise Ltd employs staff with a wide range of qualifications. We provide in-house training up to and surpassing National Minimum Standards along with ongoing training designed to keep our employees up to date with the ever changing legislation. We expect all of our Care Workers to undertake NVQ2 after a qualifying period, leading on to NVQ3 and 4.

The company will only employ Care Workers and other Temporary Staff that understand the need for commitment, flexibility and have the correct attitude to fulfill our Service Users needs.
